The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Client Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Global Entity Services team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

The ideal candidate, working with both local and global teams, will contribute directly to delivering first class service to our clients who are leading international private equity groups.

Your primary responsibilities include

- Ensuring data is maintained accurately, and in accordance with service agreements and protocols, through routine analysis using various tools to look for exceptions and issues across large data sets of entity and billing and revenue data;




- Develop in-depth understanding of the data in order to alert stakeholders to areas of concern and proactively recommend process improvements.

- The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, troubleshoot, and disseminate answers to business questions in concise form that represents findings/results from large datasets
- This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting;
- The ideal candidate will have an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes;
- The individual must also be a self-starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
- A University Degree or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration. 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional services environment is preferred, however new graduates will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal skills are required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required;
- Working knowledge of Power Query, Word and Outlook is preferred;




- The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential;
- Fluency in English is required.
