We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Clinic Managing Director to own day-to-day operations, lead teams, manage billing and reporting, and drive clinic performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the overall administrative and operational activities of the clinic.
- Develop, implement and review administrative policies, procedures, systems and workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding,



coordination and ongoing professional support of therapists and administrative personnel.
- Coordinate manpower planning, staffing requirements, training initiatives and performance-management processes across the organization.
- Direct and support the clinic manager and administrative staff in the effective execution of day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate clinic infrastructure, facilities, equipment, maintenance, security and other site-related operational requirements.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, supplies, vendors, contracts and other administrative services required for clinic operations.
- Establish and monitor operational budgets, expenditures and resource requirements in coordination with senior management.
- Oversee billing, insurance-related administrative processes, scheduling systems and other operational workflows.
- Develop and implement systems for monitoring operational performance, productivity, service efficiency and resource utilization.
- Analyze operational information and prepare reports for senior management to support business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure that organizational policies, workplace procedures, privacy requirements and applicable regulatory standards are followed.
- Identify operational and administrative improvement opportunities and implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and business performance.
- Participate in strategic planning, marketing, business development, expansion and other initiatives supporting the growth of the clinic.

Pay: $50.00-$52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
