Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will serve as a clinical resource for intervention teams. Their primary role will be to support practitioners in analyzing complex situations, promote consistency in clinical practices, and foster the professional development of team members.

Drawing on the psychoanalytic approach embraced by the organization, the selected candidate will help maintain a space for reflection, analysis, and discussion,



enabling practitioners to deepen their practice and deliver high-quality services to clients. They will also play a key role in developing and promoting the organization's clinical vision.
