Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Clinical Dietitian for the Eastern Zone, Membertou Health Centre. The role focuses on nutrition care, disease management and education of patients within an interdisciplinary team. The dietitian will assess, implement and monitor patient-centered care plans, aligned with Nova Scotia guidelines and best practices. Travel to sites may be required, with a 50% part-time schedule and a supportive pension/advantages package.
