In your role as Staff Educator, you will manage staff training programs, ensuring adherence to Manitoba's long-term care regulations. - Lead orientation and training for current and existing staff
- Facilitate competency-based education and workshops
- Maintain documentation of training and compliance
- Assess and address educational gaps identified in practice

- Nursing registration with CRNM or CRPNM
- Experience in clinical education highly preferred
