- Design and map out how People processes currently function
- Automate processes using a broad range of tools
- Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle process
- Reduce manual interaction while improving accuracy
- Ensure outstanding documentation of systems and processes Requirements:
- Experience in building or scaling People Ops or HR systems
- Familiarity with HRIS migrations and implementations
- Solid skills in workflow automation and design
- A system-oriented mindset with practical solutions
