Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their collaborative team and support an established book of commercial business. This is a relationship-focused role offering variety, autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service an establishedcommercial book of business
- Handle new business, endorsements, renewals, and annual risk reviews
- Assist with remarketing and coverage solutions
- Liaise with clients, producers, underwriters, and insurance carriers
- Assist with claims and resolve client service needs
- Maintain accurate account information using PowerBroker and Applied EPIC
- Identify and support recent business opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of Commercial Insurance and/or Underwriting experience
- RIBO license preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of commercial risks
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Confident communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Local knowledge of Owen Sound and surrounding businesses is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- $48,537–$75,000, based on experience
- Commission on new business and renewals
