Join our growing team as a Commercial Multi-Line Claims Adjuster (Auto & Commercial General Liability) supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. In this remote role, you will manage claims across multiple lines of business, applying your technical expertise, sound judgment, and customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional claim outcomes.

As a desk adjuster, you will handle commercial auto and liability claims from initial investigation through resolution while building strong client relationships and ensuring timely, accurate claim management.

Remote | Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually

Responsibilities

- Investigate, evaluate, and manage commercial claims involving Auto, Commercial General Liability and other casualty lines.
- Gather, review, and analyze claim documentation, statements, and supporting evidence.
- Determine coverage, assess liability, and evaluate damages and exposure.
- Conduct thorough claim investigations and maintain detailed claim documentation.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve claims in accordance with company guidelines and client expectations.
- Manage multiple accounts and claim files while meeting service level agreements and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate claim notes, transaction records, reserves, billing, and expense documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the claims process.
- Support client relationship management by providing responsive, professional service and timely claim updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of commercial claims handling experience in an insurance, carrier, TPA, or independent adjusting environment.
- Experience handling Commercial Auto and Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims is required.
- Ability to manage multiple lines of coverage and multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of coverage analysis, liability determination, investigation techniques,



and claims resolution.
- Experience negotiating and settling commercial claims.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high-volume caseload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace while collaborating effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Independent Adjuster License, CIP designation, or equivalent industry credentials preferred.
- Experience handling bodily injury, property damage, or casualty claims is an asset.
- Multi-jurisdiction licensing or the ability to obtain additional licenses is a plus.
