This full-time position strategizes and delivers programs for young children and their caregivers. In this role, you will coordinate initiatives designed to support the growth and development of children aged 0-6 in Kanata, West Carleton, and Stittsville.

You are responsible for managing playgroups, educating parents about child development, and connecting families with vital local resources. Your efforts will empower parents and caregivers with the tools needed to enrich their children's early experiences and foster a nurturing community environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and facilitate engaging early childhood programs
- Provide training and resources for parents and caregivers




- Collaborate with community organizations for service integration
- Monitor and evaluate program feedback for continuous improvement
- Promote healthy child development strategies in the community Requirements:
- Diploma in early childhood education or equivalent
- Two years of experience working with families
- Knowledge of early learning policies and frameworks
- Robust interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
