- Aid daily operations and staff management at the Welcome Desk
- Build rapport and guide members to YMCA programs and services
- Handle member inquiries and service challenges promptly
- Assist with onboarding and training of Welcome Desk staff
- Ensure high standards of facility cleanliness and safety Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational skills for managing tasks
- Proficiency in Dayforce or similar systems
