Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Health Worker Supervisor to lead a team of dedicated health workers in Kimberley . This role is vital in overseeing the delivery of essential primary healthcare services within the community, ensuring quality and accessibility. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and managing health workers, while also playing a key role in program implementation and community engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Community Health Workers (CHWs).
- Oversee the implementation of community health programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of health data collection and reporting by CHWs.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor CHW performance and provide support.
- Liaise with local clinics, hospitals, and community leaders to coordinate services.

Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community health, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
