- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and compactors.
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Follow site plans, markings, and instructions to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with supervisors and site crew to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Comply with all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or site hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Support the growth and development of company culture.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
- Valid operator certification and driver’s license.
- Solid understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations.
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and markings.
- Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
