Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the architectural and civil design of projects • Negotiate and issue contracts and purchase orders • Update schedules and cost forecasts biweekly with superintendents • Implement safety programs and oversee compliance • Conduct project closeout and mentor assistant project managers
Requirements: • At least 10 years of construction industry experience • Comprehensive understanding of construction technology and methods • Strong ability to resolve disputes independently • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project • Degree in a relevant field, Project Management certification preferred
