Key Responsibilities: • Lead procurement function and develop supporting policies • Manage sourcing, contracts negotiation,

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field • Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement • Strong knowledge of contract law and negotiations • Proven experience in large capital projects • Willingness to travel across Saskatchewan
