Cost and Administration Accountant

Duties include:

- Quoting special projects and collaborating with CFO to determine pricing strategy
- Analyze customer profitability and payment terms to maximize profitability and minimize bad debt
- Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports for the sales team often utilizing advanced Excel skills
- Managing customer discount structures
- Full cycle accounting functions including receivables, payables, payroll, bank reconciliations,



and GST filings.
- Identifying and acting on process improvement opportunities
- Miscellaneous duties to implement efficiencies and processes throughout the organization as needed

The successful applicant should have:

- Solid understanding of cost accounting and experience in manufacturing
- Advanced MS Office skills and demonstrated ability to accurately enter and analyze data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
