EWS Group is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead our remote Canada-based team. You will shape the long-term technology roadmap, drive platform modernization, and oversee security, reliability, and scalable SaaS delivery.

You will mentor engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams, partner with Product management on future product direction, and champion AI-enabled innovation while maintaining robust governance and executive communication.
