This position, under the supervision of the Primary Clinic Practice Manager, involves supporting community members through the healthcare journey.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, advocating for patient rights, and facilitating communication among involved parties. You will prioritize culturally safe practices and assist in overcoming systemic healthcare barriers. Key Responsibilities:

- Organize patient appointments to ensure timely healthcare
- Liaise between patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage transportation arrangements for appointments
- Help patients complete complex medical forms
- Build awareness of navigator services within the community Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare role
- Relevant post-secondary degree preferred
- Knowledge of the BC healthcare system
- Understanding of First Nations health challenges
