Drive the success of Britannia Shipyards and Steveston Tram as a Program Manager focusing on cultural heritage. Lead operations while enriching visitor experiences. As part of the Arts, Culture, and Heritage Department, you will report directly to the Manager of Museum and Heritage Services.

With oversight of key heritage locations, you will lead a diverse team to manage strategic plans, programs, and community initiatives. Your proven ability in heritage interpretation will enhance site offerings. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team and oversee daily operations
- Develop and execute strategic and interpretive plans
- Ensure budget management for ongoing projects
- Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders
- Lead marketing and public relations efforts Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and Diploma in related fields
- 10+ years of experience in cultural program leadership
- 5+ years managing heritage venues
- Familiarity with truth and reconciliation principles
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence in BC Champion heritage conservation and visitor services as you lead Steveston’s cultural programs.
