About you

We're currently on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative. The role includes responding to general customer inquiries, working with clients to accept orders, coordinating with marketing and production teams, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and finds enjoyment in helping clients and working as a team.

About the role

Responsibilities will Include:

- Customer Service - Managing and assisting new and existing clients, primarily through telephone and e-mail
- Order Processing - Processing current and ongoing orders and completing associated administrative tasks
- Order Management - Coordinating and communicating with production teams to ensure order accuracy and timely completion




- Marketing & Sales - Providing input to marketing and sales teams for new and ongoing promotions and communications
- Design (not required) - Creating mock-ups and proofs of clients' orders using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or communicating clients' needs with our designers

Ideal candidates should have the following traits and skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and problem solve as required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience with Adobe Photoshop is an asset, but not required
