Located in Toronto, Ontario, not only does TBS manage a complex supply chain spanning over four continents but makes over 1,000 deliveries a day. Key responsibilities:





- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately by entering them into the system and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for products that best suit their requirements.
- Manage the flow of incoming orders, ensuring all orders are efficiently processed, tracked, and fulfilled in accordance with company standards.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues, providing clear and helpful information.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products to effectively assist customers and answer any related inquiries.
- Utilize and navigate the industry-specific order management system (FDS) to maintain accurate order records and streamline order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Customer Service or Order Desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a quick-paced, rapidly changing environment

Work Hours

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Five shifts per week, scheduled ranges Monday to Thursday ; mandatory Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Evening/Night shift: approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Schedule may vary based on operational requirements and will be provided in advance
- Candidates must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends
