We are looking for a highly skilled Data & Integration Engineer with a solid foundation in data pipeline development andarticles the ability to switch from architecting to debugging and everything in between. The engineer will report directly to the Head of R&D;, take ownership of data flows from API to output, and contribute to both early and post‑commercial products. In doing so, they will gain deep exposure to the housing industry’s critical data, often fragmented and manual, and learn to manage it more efficiently.

The engineer will work in a productive, collaborative environment, synthesizing learnings across clients and partnering with strong data engineers and scientists to build systems that influence billions of dollars of revenue for new‑home builders. design integrations and code the data pipeline for new clients into existing productionized systems Improve and expand integration capabilities with existing recent‑home building technologies (ERPs, CRMs, data warehouses, etc.) Migrate and run existing clients through new capabilities, tuning machine‑learning parameters and models along the way Optimize and tune existing machine‑learning models when recent data is available Discover and correct data anomalies, working with the engagement team and solution engineer to ensure insights are based on ground‑truth A highly skilled software engineer passionate about data structures, real‑life applications of technology, and fast, iterative problem solving Proficient in Python;
