London Drugs is seeking a Department Manager, General Merchandise (DMGM) in Nanaimo to supervise Sales Supervisors, Stocking Team Leaders and aisle staff while ensuring merchandising standards and floor management drive sales opportunities.
The DMGM will also step in for the Store Manager in their absence and lead a team focused on customer service and operational excellence to maximize store performance.
