In this role within the Learning & Development team, you will collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders to design and implement live, blended, and online learning initiatives.
Your expertise will help ensure our programs reflect local market nuances and foster alignment across Vistage’s international community. Passion for learning and cultural curiosity are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Design localized learning experiences for Vistage Chairs
- Collaborate with international licensees for resource sharing
- Maintain high-quality content in the LMS
- Utilize the ADDIE model for program development
- Facilitate various learning sessions and events Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 3-5+ years in Learning & Development
- Expertise in blended and virtual learning environments
- Experience with LMS management preferred
