You will monitor global employment regulation changes, ensure timely regulatory reporting, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to maintain robust controls and governance.

The role requires strategic leadership, solid stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive risk-aware HR practices across the enterprise. Hybrid work with on-site 1–3 days per week.
