CIBC is seeking a Director, Human Resources Regulatory Compliance Management to lead a specialized HR compliance team. You will monitor global employment regulation changes, ensure timely regulatory reporting, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to maintain robust controls and governance.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive risk-aware HR practices across the enterprise. Hybrid work with in office 1–3 days per week.
