As a Director of Professional Services, you'll oversee strategic engagements, ensuring operational and commercial success. This senior leadership role combines responsibility for service delivery, revenue management, and team performance. You will directly influence customer outcomes and partner closely with Sales and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end delivery of qualified services across regions • Manage revenue, margins,

Requirements: • 10+ years in professional services or SaaS implementation • 3+ years managing Project or Program Managers • SAP Plant Maintenance experience or equivalent • Strong commercial acumen with revenue ownership • Excellent English communication skills and fluency in additional languages preferred
