Become the Director of Service Delivery Impact at Rise and help enhance the lives of individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges. This leadership role is data-driven and client-focused. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for optimizing client service delivery in lending, training, and support services.

Your strategic oversight will ensure that both organizational goals and client needs are met dynamically and compassionately. You will leverage data and financial insights to drive meaningful change for entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance client journey from outreach to completion
- Maintain technical infrastructure of service delivery
- Analyze loan portfolio metrics for informed decisions
- Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Lead impact evaluation frameworks with the CEO Requirements:
- 7–10 years in private or not-for-profit roles
- Minimum 3–5 years of management experience
