• RESPONSIBILITIESDaily dispatching of tours, reacting to unforeseen changes and management of sales inventoryCreating future Columbia Icefield dispatch, troubleshooting and resolving scheduling issuesCommunication and tour orchestration with onsite Group Sales AgentsCommunication with other attractions and third-party organizationsMaintaining Vehicle tracking reports and communicating issues to Icefield ManagementMaintaining Visitor tracking reports and daily tour pax countsAdjust daily dispatch to ensure efficiency and balance across drivers and equipmentUsing Radio transmission to communicate with all Columbia Icefield business areasForecasting of equipment and group business, flagging issues with Icefield ManagementCommunicating with emergency personnel and 911 operators if an emergency occursOther duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS &
