Role Description The Distribution Executive role is a hybrid position, work from anywhere, work-from-home flexibility.

The Distribution

Executive is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the distribution of products and services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers and partners. Daily activities include managing distribution and collaborating with internal teams to align distribution operations with business goals. The role also involves analyzing distribution performance data, identifying process improvements,



and supporting the implementation of productive distribution strategies. Providing responsive customer service, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and upholding company standards for quality and reliability are key aspects of the position.

This is not a traditional salaried position.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Distribution and Distribution Strategies, with experience managing or supporting distribution operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for distribution tracking and reporting.
