Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager, Early Phase, to lead Phase I and early development trials from start-up through closeout. You will serve as the primary sponsor liaison and oversee cross-functional teams, vendors, and sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with GCP/ICH and SOPs.
This role requires solid leadership, deep early-phase knowledge, and the ability to manage TMF quality, CTMS, and regulatory readiness while driving risk management
