The Food & Beverage Concessions Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food service activities during CF Montréal matches and events. This individual is committed to delivering high-quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with service standards, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Main responsabilities

- upervise food and beverage concession operations during matches and events;
- Oversee the opening, operation, and closing of various concession stands;
- Coordinate the work of employees assigned to food and beverage concessions;
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards;
- Respond promptly to operational issues and customer requests;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards;
- Monitor inventory levels at concession stands and report restocking needs;
- Conduct regular inspections of concession areas to ensure operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with concession, operations, and maintenance teams to deliver an optimal customer experience;
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of resources, processes, and work methods.
- Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and standards;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

- High school diploma or currently working toward obtaining one;
- Previous customer service experience,



preferably in a similar environment such as sports and entertainment venues, hospitality, or food service;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of customer service;
- Demonstrate friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism at all times;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and security personnel;
- Availability to work evenings and weekends according to match and event schedules;
- Fluency in both French and English, as the role requires interacting with a diverse clientele;
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset;
- Demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and sound judgment;
- Comfortable working in a digitally evolving environment and able to effectively use technology tools, including artificial intelligence tools.
