Your role will be pivotal in ensuring rapid and effective responses to emergencies. At Northern911, you’ll play an essential part in responding to emergency calls, managing fire dispatches, and ensuring that help reaches those in need. This role focuses on sharp communication skills and the ability to remain calm, even during intense situations. You will be trained to operate advanced systems that facilitate rapid response. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming emergency calls and route to appropriate agencies
- Serve as secondary PSAP for emergency and fire calls
- Operate computer systems for effective communication
