This hybrid position demands a keen understanding of compliance regulations, directing you to investigate and monitor distribution partners effectively. Working under the general direction of the Director, you will be encouraged to voice innovative ideas and collaboratively improve practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market conduct reviews and provide insights
- Liaise with distribution partners to ensure compliance
- Report misconduct to regulators as necessary
- Contribute to enhancements in compliance training
- Facilitate market conduct committee meetings Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in compliance or insurance
- Strong investigative and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
