Take on the role of Equity and Diversity Manager at Laurentian University. You'll manage case resolution related to discrimination and provide educational leadership. As the Manager in the Rights and Responsibility Office, you will report to the Director of Human Rights.

Your mission includes overseeing investigations tied to harassment and violence while maintaining a solid focus on trauma-informed practices and compliance with institutional and legislative standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough investigations of discrimination and harassment cases
- Manage the budget and staffing for operational plans
- Develop and deliver educational workshops
- Supervise trauma-informed support services
- Prepare reports on compliance and case trends Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
- At least five years’ relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of Human Rights and equity legislation
- Leadership and analytical thinking skills
- Bilingual in French and English, essential Utilize your communication and conflict resolution skills to enhance equity and diversity initiatives at Laurentian University.
