SALARY LEVEL: PAY BAND 5 $60,944.00 - $93,808.00 ANNUALLY

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the OVS Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the administration of Estates Management within the Territory of Akwesasne in accordance with the MOU between MCA and Indigenous Services Canada and also ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with all ISC and MCA laws, policy, procedures and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-year degree in Business, Paralegal studies, or related field with one-year experience in an office environment AND;
- Completion of the Qualified Lands Management Certificate Program (PLMCP), or willing to obtain within a three-year period;
OR
- Certificate in Office Administration, Business or Paralegal Studies with Two (2) years' experience in an office setting, AND:
- Completion of the Professional Lands Management Certificate Program (PLMCP), or willing to obtain within a three-year period.

- Applicants must be able to travel to all northern portions of Akwesasne, including through the Unites States as necessary.
