Jestr Events is looking for a confident, organized and personable Event & Client Services Coordinator to join our team for a 3-month contract.

We are premier entertainment and events company producing experiences for corporate clients, private events, festivals and brands across Canada and the U.S. We work with everything from live performers and interactive entertainment to large-scale custom event experiences.

We're looking for someone who can become a trusted point of contact for our clients while helping take events from the initial inquiry all the way through to execution.

What You'll Do

- Respond to new client inquiries by email and phone
- Speak with clients to understand their event, budget and entertainment needs
- Help recommend our entertainment and event solutions
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals and booking information
- Follow up with leads and help turn inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate performers, vendors and event logistics
- Maintain organized records of leads, bookings and upcoming events
- Attend events throughout the GTA and represent Jestr professionally on-site
- Communicate with clients, performers and vendors during events
- Troubleshoot problems and help ensure events run smoothly
- Work directly with our team on larger and more creative projects

Who We're Looking For

You don't need 10 years of event experience. We're more interested in finding someone who is smart, reliable, personable and extremely organized.

You should be

- Excellent at communicating with people
- Professional and confident on the phone and in person
- Solid at writing transparent, professional emails
- Highly organized and good at managing multiple projects at once
- Comfortable following up with clients and helping close bookings
- Calm and resourceful when things change unexpectedly
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Available for occasional evening and weekend events




- Located in the GTA with reliable transportation

Experience in events, hospitality, sales, client services, entertainment, venues or account management is a strong asset.

Location: GTA / Hybrid

Term: 3-month full-time contract

Compensation: $4,000/month

There is potential for this role to develop into a longer-term position for the right person.
