Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support adults and children in Rutland. In this position, you will assess the needs of clients, delivering essential adaptations and utilizing knowledge of Disabled Facilities Grants.
Undertaking complex risk assessments, you’ll create tailored management plans, ensuring clients receive the best possible care and support. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and continuous professional development are key components of this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess disabilities and recommend necessary equipment
- Conduct DFG assessments accurately to secure funding
- Carry out risk assessments and outline management strategies
- Involve clients and caregivers in planning support services
- Introduce innovative assistive technologies for safe implementation Requirements:
- Hold HCPC registration as a qualified Occupational Therapist
- Experience with adult and/or children’s support services
- Solid understanding of DFG assessments
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
