This role involves supervising multiple teams carrying out high-pressure cleaning operations in a live turnaround.
You will lead safety assessments, manage equipment and manpower logistics, and act as the key client liaison. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience in high-pressure environments and a commitment to safety excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct two or more vacuum and water cleaning crews
- Conduct site safety meetings and hazard assessments
- Organize manpower and resources effectively
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures and PPE
- Document work progress and incidents meticulously Requirements:
- 5+ years in industrial cleaning and team supervision
- Experience with high-pressure pump operation
- Valid safety certifications in First Aid and H2S
- Solid troubleshooting skills for field equipment
