In this Temporary Full time role, you will oversee work scheduling and time tracking to support operational effectiveness in our long-term care facility.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your administrative expertise will help manage absences, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with HR practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize employee work schedules within the Workday system
- Coordinate staffing for unfilled shifts proactively
- Reconcile hours worked for payroll accuracy
- Assist with the onboarding process for new residents
- Liaise within leadership for operational support Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma/certificate in administration
- Prior experience in long-term care or healthcare is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
