What you'll do
- Manage family law files.
- Represent clients in court.
- Handle parenting disputes.
- Advise clients on support matters.
- Handle high-net-worth family matters.
- Draft pleadings and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Attend hearings.
- Communicate directly with clients.
What we're looking for
- Licensed to practice law in British Columbia.
- Family law experience.
- Courtroom experience.
- Robust legal research skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Excellent client communication.
- Ability to manage files independently.
- Strong drafting skills.
