What you'll do Responsibilities - Carry a caseload of families working toward reunification
- Facilitate mediation sessions and supported family visits
- Advocate with child welfare, justice and housing systems
- Develop, document and review individualized reunification plans What you bring Required - Degree or diploma in social work, counselling or a related field
- Certified mediation training an asset
- Experience navigating child intervention or justice systems
- Explicit criminal record and vulnerable sector check
