Lead the performance of automotive programs as a Field-Based Program Performance Manager for Variablegrid. This role operates primarily in Southern Ontario and involves some travel to Western Canada. As a key player reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position centers around enhancing the performance and adoption of EV charging programs among automotive dealerships.

- Manage dealer program performance and engagement
- Develop relationships with dealer principals and teams




- Identify underperforming dealerships and strategize improvements
- Conduct in-depth dealership analyses and visits
- Facilitate training and resources for dealers Requirements:
- At least 3 years of automotive industry experience
- Experience with dealership management and operations
- Excellent analytical and relationship-building skills
