Take on a pivotal role as a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Specialist at PBS Systems in Calgary. Deliver exceptional training experiences to clients in both English and French, driving success for their dealership operations. This is a full-time, permanent opening for a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Fixed Ops.
You will teach customers how to use our industry-leading Dealer Management Software, both virtually and in-person, while traveling approximately two weeks monthly across North America. Your expertise will empower clients to maximize their software use and improve their services. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions autonomously in both languages
- Resolve DTO Cornerstone tickets in a timely manner
- Support customers with software installations and usage
- Document ticket issues and escalate as necessary
- Engage in ongoing learning and cooperative team efforts Requirements:
- Proficient in French and English (speaking and writing)
- 1-2 years in a dealership Fixed Operations role
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid travel documents and driver’s license
