Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee their vehicle fleet operations in Kimberley. You will be responsible for optimizing fleet performance, minimizing downtime, and implementing best practices in fleet management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, disposal, and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and overall fleet costs to identify savings opportunities.
- Manage driver performance, including scheduling, training, and adherence to company policies.
- Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize vehicle downtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar fleet management role.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with fleet management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
