You will take charge of Quality and Lean initiatives, working closely with operators to promote adherence to food safety protocols. Your proactive approach will ensure safe resolutions during production challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform statistical analysis and testing for quality assurance
- Manage all hold/reblend cases and document appropriately
- Stop production lines to avert food safety risks
- Conduct daily on-site quality checks for continuous improvement
- Manage supplier approval processes and training sessions Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Food Science or Chemistry
- At least 3 years of relevant quality control experience
- Solid organizational and computer skills
