Your expertise will help ensure secure and efficient turnaround operations. This role focuses on the execution of high-paced, skilled piping tasks, guiding a team of Pipefitters and Apprentices.

You will manage changing priorities while maintaining strict safety standards, productivity, and quality assurance. Strong leadership is essential as you coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations throughout shutdowns. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute comprehensive shutdown and piping tasks
- Direct and mentor Journeypersons and Apprentices
- Oversee safety compliance and maintain operations
- Track schedules and documentation accurately
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks Requirements:
- Journeyperson Pipefitter certification required
- 3-5 years of foreman experience in industrial settings
- Proven track record in maintenance and turnaround projects
- Strong skills in P&IDs; and isometric drawing interpretation
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts and travel Lead critical piping operations while fostering a teamwork environment at Ledcor.
