We value quality, safety, and teamwork, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and drawings to ensure all work complies with building codes and project specifications.

- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials such as wood, engineered wood, or light steel framing.
- Construct and install floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely around the job site.
- Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, temporary supports, and barricades.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete framing and renovation tasks on time.

Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in framing, carpentry, or general construction.

- Education: No formal degree required; trade training or apprenticeship is an asset.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks in different weather conditions.
- Familiar with measuring tools, framing techniques, and construction safety practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are assets.
- Safety certifications such as CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, or AWP are preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
