As our Fulfillment + Logistics Lead you will play a critical role in our small team ensuring orders are packed and dispatched promptly and accurately to our customers and wholesale customers. This role however is about more than packing orders—it’s about creating a memorable customer experience with every delivery—bringing the Hello Joyous brand fully to life.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack customer orders per brand standards with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on products prior to shipment.
- Manage and organize inventory to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain an accurate inventory on e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure any customer-related inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and handle any related logistics.
About You
- You thrive in a agile environment with the ability to think on your feet.
- You have excellent organizational abilities and your attention to detail is extraordinary.
- You enjoy working with your hands and are capable of light-physical work (ie.
lifting boxes, crouching down, etc.).
- You’re a self-starter, have a positive “get it done” attitude, are motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experience working in the e-commerce / fulfilment space is an asset. A passion for clean beauty and wellbeing is a plus.
