Post is hiring for two permanent Delivery Agents to help ensure that all Canadians receive their mail on time. Your day will consist of sorting deliveries, operating a postal vehicle, and bringing items directly to customers. This role is pivotal to the daily operations of Canada Post and the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Start daily tasks by sorting mail in the depot
- Load and maneuver postal vehicles for deliveries
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers efficiently
- Unload mail returned to the depot after delivery
- Ensure customer interactions are positive and helpful Requirements:
- Valid Class5 or ClassG driver’s license with a clean record
- Physically able to regularly lift 22.7kg (50lb)
- Aptitude for delivering in various weather
- Customer service experience is desirable
