Full Time Instructor Pilot - Challenger Jets

We are hiring multiple full‑time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Challenger Platform at our Montreal Training Centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction.
- Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.
- Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
- Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous career development.
- Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 1 Medical for initial issuance).
- Minimum 1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
- Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.




- Bilingual in French and English (must be comfortable delivering training in English to an international client base).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience flying business aircraft.
